تقرير "أكسيوس" عن البنية التحتية العسكرية المصرية … قراءة في التوقيت والأبعاد السياسي
نشر موقع "أكسيوس" الأمريكي تقريرًا نقلًا عن مسؤولين إسرائيليين ، أشار فيه إلى أن مصر أنشأت بنى تحتية عسكرية يُشتبه بأنها لأغراض هجومية ، مثل توسيع مدارج الطائرات وبناء منشآت تحت الأرض .
ورغم أن هذه المعلومات ليست جديدة في حقيقتها ، إذ أن تحديث القدرات العسكرية المصرية وتطوير الصناعات الدفاعية أمر قائم منذ سنوات ، إلا أن إعادة تسليط الضوء عليها في هذا التوقيت تحمل دلالات مهمة .
خلفية تاريخية :
تطوير الصناعات العسكرية في مصر ليس أمرًا طارئًا أو وليد ظرف سياسي محدد .
فمنذ سبعينيات القرن الماضي ، وضعت القاهرة استراتيجية واضحة لبناء قاعدة صناعية دفاعية محلية ، وتم تأسيس "الهيئة العربية للتصنيع" لتكون ذراعًا رئيسيًا في هذا المجال .
ومنذ ذلك الحين ، ظلت مصر تسعى لتقليل الاعتماد على الخارج وتعزيز استقلالية قرارها العسكري .
وبالتالي ، فإن أي توسعات حالية تُعد امتدادًا لمسار استراتيجي طويل الأمد .
أولًا : البعد الداخلي الإسرائيلي
تعيش المؤسسة الأمنية الإسرائيلية حالة ارتباك بسبب الوضع في غزة وتراجع صورة الردع . ومن ثم ، فإن إعادة طرح ملف التطوير العسكري المصري قد يخدم هدفًا داخليًا بتبرير مطالب زيادة الميزانيات العسكرية ، وتهيئة الرأي العام لخطاب "المخاطر المتعددة" من غزة ولبنان وحتى مصر .
ثانيًا : الضغط على واشنطن
من الواضح أن التوقيت يخدم محاولة إسرائيلية لدفع الإدارة الأمريكية إلى تقديم مزيد من المساعدات المباشرة والعاجلة ، سواء المالية أو العسكرية ، عبر الإيحاء بأن هناك تصاعدًا في التحديات الإقليمية . والمقصود من هذا الضغط لا يقتصر على مواجهة جبهات مثل غزة أو لبنان ، بل يمتد للإيحاء بأن أي مواجهة مستقبلية محتملة مع مصر لن تكون ممكنة لإسرائيل بدون دعم أمريكي مباشر وكبير .
ثالثًا : تشويش على الدور المصري في غزة
تلعب مصر دورًا محوريًا في ملف غزة عبر الوساطات والمعابر وإدارة التهدئة . لذلك ، فإن نشر تقارير تشكك في نوايا مصر العسكرية قد يكون هدفه تقليص هامش المناورة السياسي المصري ، أو خلق حالة من الشك أمام واشنطن بشأن الدور المصري .
رابعًا : التوظيف الإعلامي – التفاوضي
مثل هذه التسريبات ليست معلومات استخباراتية جديدة ، بل أوراق تفاوضية توضع على الطاولة في لحظات حساسة ، خصوصًا مع اقتراب النقاشات حول الدعم الأمريكي لإسرائيل في الكونغرس .
ومن هنا نوضح الآتي ؛
التقرير لا يمثل كشفًا استخباراتيًا جديدًا ، بل هو إعادة تدوير لمعلومة قديمة يتم استدعاؤها لخدمة أهداف سياسية آنية . والأرجح أنه ورقة ضغط على الإدارة الأمريكية ، ووسيلة لإبقاء صورة "إسرائيل المهددة" حاضرة بقوة في الخطاب الغربي .
ومن ما سبق نصل لحقيقه واحده وهذه الحقيقه أن ؛
مصر ليست في وارد خوض مواجهة أو فتح حرب طوعية ، ولكنها في نفس الوقت لن تتردّد في الدفاع عن سيادتها ومصالح شعبها إذا فُرِضت عليها المواجهة .
الشعب المصري ومعه جيشه قادران على الصمود ، لا يهابان المواجهة إذا استدعى الأمر ذلك ، وهذا ما ينبغي أن يُؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند قراءة أي تقارير تهويلية تهدف إلى خلق حالة من الذعر أو الضغط السياسي .

The American outlet "Axios" published a report quoting Israeli officials claiming that Egypt has built military infrastructure suspected to be for offensive purposes , including expanded airstrips and underground facilities .
While these developments are not new in essence — since Egypt has been upgrading its defense capabilities and military industries for years — the renewed spotlight at this moment carries significant implications .
Historical Background :
The development of Egypt’s military industries is not a sudden move nor a product of current political tensions . Since the 1970s , Cairo has pursued a clear strategy to establish a domestic defense production base , with the Arab Organization for Industrialization playing a leading role . Ever since , Egypt has sought to reduce dependency on external suppliers and strengthen the autonomy of its military decisions . Therefore , the current expansions are simply a continuation of a long-standing strategic trajectory .
First : The Israeli domestic dimension
Israel’s security establishment is under heavy pressure due to the war in Gaza and the erosion of deterrence . Re-introducing the issue of Egyptian military development serves a domestic purpose , justifying calls for increased defense budgets and preparing public opinion for a narrative of "multiple threats" from Gaza , Lebanon , and even Egypt .
Second : Pressure on Washington
The timing clearly aims to push the U . S . administration toward providing more direct and urgent support — financially and militarily — by suggesting that regional threats are escalating . The message here is not limited to confronting Gaza or Lebanon , but also implies that any potential future confrontation with Egypt would not be possible for Israel without substantial and direct American assistance .
Third : Undermining Egypt’s role in Gaza
Egypt currently plays a central role in managing the Gaza file — through border control , mediation , and ceasefire efforts . Casting doubts on Egypt’s military intentions could serve to reduce Cairo’s political maneuverability or to sow skepticism in Washington about Egypt’s role .
Fourth : Media and negotiation leverage
Such leaks are rarely about fresh intelligence ; they are bargaining chips placed on the table at critical moments , especially as debates intensify in the U . S . Congress regarding aid to Israel .
Conclusion :
The Axios report does not reveal anything genuinely new . It is a recycled narrative being deployed to serve immediate political goals — most likely to pressure the U . S . administration and reinforce Israel’s image as a state under constant threat .
Final Note :
Egypt is not seeking to initiate a confrontation or wage a voluntary war , but at the same time it will not hesitate to defend its sovereignty and the interests of its people if a confrontation is imposed upon it .
The Egyptian people and their army are capable of resilience , and they do not fear confrontation if circumstances require it . This should be taken into account when reading any alarmist reports designed to create panic or political pressure .
